REGIONAL SALES MANAGER- CT

 

THE CORE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE OF THE REGIONAL SALES MANAGER IS TO EFFECTIVELY MANAGE AND DRIVE SALES GROWTH IN LINE WITH THE DERMALOGICA BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY AND COMPANY OBJECTIVES THROUGH THE MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS CONSULTANTS IN THEIR REGIONS.

 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  1. -Ensuring increased distribution in existing business by providing strategic support to business consultants and regional clients.
  2. -To ensure quality new accounts are opened and minimum growth requirements are met as per set targets and strategically growing new geographies.
  3. -To ensure all admin related tasks and internal/external communication is carried out proficiently, professionally and accurately and that all reports are submitted timeously.
  4. -To ensure the sales team maintains a comprehensive knowledge of our competitor universe and leverage this to ensure Dermalogica’s leadership position and strategic edge.
  5. -To ensure active involvement in the planning, management and execution of all regional events and promotions and to report on results in monthly KIR.
  6. -Managing and developing the regional sales team, to meet performance objectives, encourage growth and job satisfaction of all the team members, as well as strengthening the team dynamics of the inter-relationships within the department.
  7. -Forecasting deals

 

MINIMUM JOB CRITERIA
Sales/Business Diploma/Certificate
4 years experience (if no diploma/certificate)
Microsoft Office proficiency
Management experience (2 years)
Qualified Therapist (Peferably)

BRAND AMBASSADOR- GP

The core purpose of the role of the brand ambassador is the execution of brand activations that effectively and efficiently showcase the brand in adherence to all brand guidelines and empower skin care centres to do the same in order to grow their businesses.

Brand ambassadors effectively assist in the planning, coordination, merchandising and execution of all aspects of the following:

- skin centre promotions

- consumer events

- trade events

- internal company events as required

 

MINIMUM JOB CRITERIA
Therapist Certification
Microsoft Office Proficiency (PowerPoint)
2 Years work experience in the industry

TRAINING SPECIALIST- GP

 

THE CORE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE OF LEVEL 1 TRAINING SPECIALIST IS TO EDUCATE AND TRAIN QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS IN SKIN CARE PRODUCTS AND TECHNIQUES VIA CLASSROOM PRESENTATIONS AND HANDS-ON DEMONSTRATIONS.

 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

- Successful accomplishment of financial objectives relating to EBIT.

- Effectively execute the Education calendar curriculum, ensuring that the minimum pass rate requirements are met.

- Strategically drive the capacity of classes to meet the required average capacity for the region.

- Assist in growing College market share and college activities for the assigned portfolio.

- Prepare and submit timeous and accurate reports and departmental requirements.

- Effectively deal with any client and consumer queries or requests.

- Assist with the education department activities as stipulated.

    Skin care Diploma/ Therapist Qualification
    Teachers Qualification
    Assessors/ Moderators Diploma (Advantageous).
     2 years Dermalogica experience
    2 years teaching experience
